RESOLUTIONS:

RESOLUTION #2021 to uphold open meetings Law Public Officers law 100 often known as the “Sunshine Law” that went into effect in 1979. The resolution is to Clarify that the Town of Caroga’s interpretation of the Public Officers Law 100 is that “A continuation of a legally posted meeting that requires public notification will require a reposting of such notification if the continuation of the meeting is held on a different calendar day, or location, than that which was originally posted.”
