Please be advised that I represent Elayne Ireland and Odette owners of property contiguous to Brian Franz. It is our understanding there is a hearing at 7:00 p.m. tonight. There is pending Supreme Court litigation regarding boundary lines, access, and easements regarding Mr. Franz and the Irelands. That matter is scheduled for jury trial in March of 2022. The Irelands strongly object to any permit being issues d to Mr. Franz as suggested in the notice of hearing. Mr. Franz and his workers would most likely have to trespass on the Ireland's property, and we will not consent to same.
