Chair John Livingston called the Board of Assessment Review meeting to order at 10:15 AM.
The Board discussed the parcel owned by Christopher and Licia Kaswer, SBL#38.11-1-28. The board discussed the fact that the parcel had been assessed as having a well and septic, which it does not have. The correction was supposed to be done earlier.
Motion: Chair John Livingston moved, for SBL#38.11-1-28, to accept total assessment of $32.600 and land assessment of $19,600.
Mark Ford seconded the motion.
Cathy Ann Wallace agreed
The Motion passed by unanimous consent.
The Board discussed a parcel owned by the Estate of Gertrude Hall, SBL#83.6-2-12
Sole Assessor Leigh Anne Loucks explained that the exemption lapsed upon the death of the owner. The correction would remove the exemption.
Motion: Chair John Livingston moved to change the exemption from $114.400 to $0 dollars, the land stays the same at $8,300 and the total assessed value is $94,600.
Mark Ford seconded the motion.
Cathy Ann Wallace agreed.

The motion passed.
Chair John Livingston signed the paperwork presented by Sole Assessor Leigh Anne Loucks to effect the changes.

The meeting adjourned at 10:29 AM.
