Polar Plunge Sponsorship to benefit the Caroga Lake Volunteer Fire Company
Dear Friends,
This will be our 12th year holding the Annual Polar Plunge on January 1, 2020. Last year we raised a little over $3,000 thanks to the generosity of our sponsors. As in the past, I look forward to having an open house from 12PM - 3PM where our community can gather and get to know one another while enjoying a light lunch. The polar bears will take the plunge at 1 PM. Please stop in and say hello if you attend as either a participant or spectator. The plunge and open house will take place at:

We hold our volunteer fire responders near and dear to our hearts. They and their families unselfishly support our community every day of the year and always perform when called upon. They sacrifice their time and lives to be first responders for all types of emergencies. The Caroga Lake Volunteer Fire Company is more dedicated and responsive to the needs of our community than any paid first responders I have encountered in my lifetime. We are very fortunate to have these neighbors in our midst.
I greatly appreciate your continuous support over the years and ask you once again to donate $50. to this cause. As usual, we will be selling long-sleeve shirts for this event with the names of the sponsors printed on the back. The cost per shirt is $18.00 in advance and $21.00 day of the event. Please advise if you would like to pre-order shirts and the sizes. Please include payment for the shirts with your check and in the subject line indicate Polar Plunge.
