A local law to Amend Local Law #1 of 2009 to Remove the Expiration Clause of the Real Property Tax Exemption for Cold War Veterans in the Town of Caroga.
The general purpose of this Local Law is to amend Local Law #1 of 2009 so there is no expiration date of the Real Property Tax Exemption for Cold War Veterans in the Town of Caroga.
This Local Law eliminates paragraph C from Section 3 of Local Law #2009 [sic].
