From the rejection of the Code Enforcement Officer for a permit for the erection of a deck entirely within the shoreline setback.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: that a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Caroga was held on March 29, 2018 and the variance in the above matter was ALLOWED and the Application GRANTED with the following conditions:

No permit shall be issued until the decision of the ZBA is reviewed by The Adirondack Park Agency. That all of the necessary permits be obtained from the Town of Caroga Code Enforcement Officer prior to the start of the project.
