PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: that a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Caroga was held on Thursday May 17, 2018

The Zoning Board of Appeals in the above matter was Denied because it didn’t meet the criteria; 1^st that the area coverage was too high and secondly because the proposed deck setback was entirely within the setback.
