Application Number: Z2018-07

Owner: Nicholas Russo of 35 William St. Gloversville NY 12078 of the Property located at: South Shore Rd. East Stoner Lake Caroga Lake NY 12032 and identified as parcel # 24.7-1-13.5 for a variance to the Town of Caroga Zoning Ordinance which is in violation of Article 4 Section 4.050 and 4.010.

Owner desires to: remove and replace existing 10 x 14 shed with a new larger 16 x 16 shed. Accessary structures are not permitted by right or by site plan review in said zone.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: that a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Caroga was held on August 9, 2018
