Notice of Decision in the Matter of a Request for a Variance for

Application Number #Z2018-11

Owner: Christopher & Lucia Maddalone 525 Union Street Schenectady NY 12305 of the property located at: 108 Montayne Lane Caroga Lake NY 12032 and identified as parcel #83.9-2-25 for a variance to the Town of Caroga Zoning Ordinance which is in violation of Article 4 Sections 4.050 and 4.101 of said code.

Owner Desires to: demolish existing structure and build a single family dwelling. The lakefront setback and lot coverage are at issue.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: that a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Caroga was held on January 30, 2019

The Zoning Board of Appeals application in the above matter was APPROVED subject to the following stipulations: applicant has his surveyor file the survey paperwork with Fulton County; applicant attach an easement for use of the new septic for both the shoreline (#83.9-2-25) and rear (#83.9-2-33) properties; and applicant combine the septic lot (#83.9-2-32) with the shoreline lot (#83.9-2-25).
