Owner: David Fazzari 367 3^rd Street #202 Jersey City NJ 07302 of the property located at: 453 State Highway 10 in the Town of Caroga and identified as parcel #12.19-2-5 for a variance to the Town of Caroga Zoning Ordinance which is in violation of Article 4 Sections 4.050 and 4.010 of said code.

Owner Desires to: build a new single family dwelling entirely on its own parcel.

The Zoning Board of Appeals application in the above matter was DENIED on the grounds that it is significant and because of the impact on each of its neighbors’ sidelines.
