Notice of Decision from the Zoning Board of Appeals

Date: September 7, 2021

A Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Caroga was held on September 7, 2021 at 7:00 pm at Caroga Town Hall. Application Number Z2021-08 by Bennet, Hefferman, and Macek, PO Box 514, Caroga Lake, NY 12032, for a property at SBL#68.17-5-10 in Caroga LFA zoning district, APA Hamlet land use area classification.

The property owner proposes to build a 33-foot by 40-foot Garage with a Guest Cottage above it.

The Zoning Board of Appeals determined that an area variance was not needed because the application met all the Zoning Ordinance requirements. The application was referred back to the Code Office.
