Notice of Decision from the Zoning Board of Appeals

A Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Caroga was held on December 30, 2021 at 7:00 pm at Caroga Town Hall. Application Number Z2021-09 by Timothy Burton, 120 County Highway 107, Johnstown, NY 12095, for a property at County Highway 111, SBL#68.-1-3.2, in Caroga Hamlet zoning district, APA Hamlet land use area classification.

Whereas due to the circumstances by which the applicant found himself in this situation without getting proper advice from Code Enforcement of the ramifications associated with removal of the structure, which was not approved for use in that Zone, that the ZBA grants the Use Variance for Z2021-09 subject to a Site Plan Review by the Planning Board.
