From the rejection of the Code Enforcement Officer for a permit for the (Erection, alteration, Maintenance) of a permit: build an 8’ x 20’ front deck and enlarge the garage. Percentage of ground cover is at issue, and shoreline setback was at issue.

On the premises located 135 Green Lake Road also identified as parcel _# 52.11-2-16

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: that a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Caroga was held on Thursday May 24, 2018

The Zoning Board of Appeals in the above matter was Tabled and the Applicant was informed that the board would reconvene on Tuesday June 12, 2018 at 7 pm, due to a request for survey by the board
