Hearing Notice

A public hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Caroga will be held on Thursday May 17, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town of Caroga Municipal Building to consider the following application:

Application Number #Z2018-03

Owner: Lynn Garski 3474 Woodlands Circle Macedon, NY 14502 of the property located at: 621 S. Shore Road East Caroga Lake NY 12032 and identified as parcel # 83.13-7-5 for a variance to the Town of Caroga Zoning Ordinance which is in violation of Article 4 Section 4.050 & 4.010 of said code.

Owner Desires to: build a front and rear deck. Front yard and lot coverage are at issue.

The above application is open to inspection at the office of the Town Clerk, Town of Caroga Municipal Building 1840 State Highway #10 Caroga Lake NY 12032. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board at such hearing.
