Good morning James,

We have received the notice of the subject public hearing, thank you. We will not be able to attend the planning board meeting on Wednesday evening. We would like to comment however. We are neighbors of Nick and Tina on South Shore Road and we have no objection to their request. In the time since they have purchased the property they have taken strides to improve the appearance of the existing structures and grounds and we are confident that they will continue to do so in the future.
