Planning Board Chair Al Kozakiewicz has directed me in my volunteer role as Planning Board Clerk to submit an application for § 239-m review by Fulton Count Planning Board of application P2021-11 for Site Plan Review. All materials, including the application for § 239-m review, are online at:

All materials prior to the minutes (above the minutes on the page linked above) were made available to the Planning Board prior to the start of the Public Hearing October 6, 2021. The minutes show that the Planning Board has requested a revised Site Plan due to issues of front setback on State Highway 10 and due to additional data required by the Planning Board. At this time the Planning Board has not seen the requested materials. Any § 239-m review by Fulton County Planning Board of the materials presently posted on the link above would therefore not be based final information. Nevertheless, I have been requested by the Planning Board Chair to post updated documents as I receive them. Each updated document will have the date I received it shown.

The Town of Caroga Planning Board is scheduled to reopen the Public Hearing on October 14, 2021. Following recent practice, if the Town of Caroga Planning Board grants the Site Plan, it will be with a contingency that the Fulton County Planning Board has no objections. I understand this practice may be in conflict with New York Law and have advised the Planning Board Chair of this.
