Mr. Ziemann sounded amenable to reducing the size of the building to 3,520 square feet which would no longer trigger the Class A threshold in Low Intensity Use. However there is a still a possibility that the Agency may have jurisdiction as there appear to be wetlands associated with the stream. He has submitted a JIF (J2021-1029) and we will should be able to determine if anything is needed from the Agency for the reduced proposal.
