The Property Owner would like to place a forty foot by two hundred- and twelve-foot warehouse on his property; to be used for boat storage.
Article 4, Subsection II, Paragraph B. Uses Allowed with Site Plan Approval (SPR): A use listed in the Use Table as subject to site plan review for a given zoning district shall be allowed in that district when approved in accordance with Article 6 hereof, provided all other requirements of this Zoning Ordinance are met.
Notes pertaining to this application:
All set backs will be met.
Property Owner will be under allowed ground coverage.
If the application is granted, final approval is contingent on the Adirondack Park Agency and Fulton County Planning Board. Lastly, the Code Enforcement Officer will make final recommendations regarding the issuance of a building permit.
