Send it off to the county. Schedule the hearing for December assuming we will get the 239m results back before then.

Dear Al,

I have now put whatever I have received for P2021-14 Matthews online, but the submitted documents are hard to read, both the hardcopy for Planning Board members and the various scanned documents. Some are 8.5x11 sheets of what was clearly at one time larger format. The application is for an accessory structure with no principal structure. It is within 500 feet of County Highway 111 so it would need a section 239-m referral. I'm wondering whether more readable drawings are indicated. I await your instructions.
