The Property Owner would like to place an Accessory Structures on said property.

Article 4, Subsection II, Paragraph C. A use listed in the Use Table as subject to Special Use Permit approval for a given zoning district shall be allowed in that district when approved in accordance with Article 7 hereof, provided all other requirements of this Zoning Ordinance are met.

Notes pertaining to this application:

  1. All set backs will be met.

  2. Property Owner will be under allowed ground coverage.

  3. Property Owner has plans to build a cabin on this property. A JIF was filed with the APA, and the location of a sanitation system was approved.

Lastly, upon approval of the Special Use Permit, the Code Enforcement Officer will make final recommendations regarding the issuance of a building permit.
