The Caroga Planning Board met on March 28, 2018 and reviewed a minor subdivision of your property with road frontage on Mussey Road in Caroga Lake with the Section Block and Lot number of 99.-1-55.

The board approved the subdivision as surveyed by Charles Ackerbauer.

Tax Map # 99.-1-55 shall be subdivided to create a separate parcel with an area of 8.58± Acres leaving the original parcel (99.-1-55) with remaining lands to have an area of 50.7± Acres.
