Town of Caroga Planning Board Decision Notice

A Public Hearing before the Planning Board of the Town of Caroga was held on August 5, 2020 at 7:00 pm via conference call (per Governor’s Executive Order 202.1 through 2020.55) to consider the following application:

Application Number: P2020-06

Applicant: Stacia Jung as P.O.A. for David Jung, 130 Jung Road.

The lot line between parcels 68.-1-1 and 67.8-1-20 is to be adjusted to increase the size of 67.8-1-20 by 0.270 acres and decrease the size of 68-1-1.1 similarly. (The applicant intends to sell 68-1-1.1.)

Lot Line Amendment as per the Town of Caroga Zoning Ordinance as documented by survey.

The application was granted.
