A Public Hearing before the Planning Board of the Town of Caroga was held on May 13, 2021 at 7:00 pm via conference call (per Governor’s Executive Order 202.15 extended through 202.107) to consider the following application:

and identified as parcel 98.-1-17.125 in Caroga HC-2.5 zoning district, APA Rural Use land use area classification.

for a Special Use Permit as per the Town of Caroga Zoning Ordinance.

Owner Desires to: build two sheds.

Special Use Permit required under Article 4, Subsection II, Paragraph C.

The application was granted. Final approval contingent on the Adirondack Park Agency, § 239-m review by Fulton County Planning, Caroga Code Enforcement, and possibly other agencies.
