Town of Caroga Planning Board Decision Notice

Date: October 14, 2021

A Public Hearing before the Planning Board of the Town of Caroga was held on October 14, 2021 at 7:00 pm in Caroga Town Hall to consider the following application:

Application P2021-11 by Carol & Karl Management, Karl Ziemann, PO Box 504, Caroga Lake, NY 12032, for a property located at 1080 State Highway 10, SBL# 38.-1-28 in Caroga HC-1 zoning district, APA Rural Use land use area classification.

Owner would like to place a forty foot by two hundred and twelve foot warehouse to be used for boat storage.

Zoning Ordinance Article 4, § II(B) and Article 6 govern.

The application was granted subject to the stipulation that there would be no storage between the screening and the road.
