A Public Hearing before the Planning Board of the Town of Caroga was held on December 1, 2021 at 7:00 pm in Caroga Town Hall to consider the following application:

Application P2021-14 by Adam Matthews, 150 South Main Street, Salem, NY 12865, for a property located at 314 County Highway 111, SBL# 68.5-2-27 in Caroga LFB zoning district, APA Hamlet land use area classification.

Owner desires to place an Accessory Structure.

The Planning Board decided to not consider the application under the understanding that an Accessory Structure has to have a Principal Building.
