Town of Caroga Planning Board Meeting

Due to the COVID-19 National Emergency, Planning Board Chair Al Kozakiewicz has declared that the venue for the Public Hearing before the Planning Board of the Town of Caroga will be via Conference Call only on August 19, 2020 at 7:00 pm. All attendees may join these meetings via any computer or smartphone with internet access at https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/870205333. Attendees will be able to hear and be heard more clearly if they are able to join the meeting via the above web link. Attendees joining by dialing in will not be heard or hear as clearly as when they join via the web link. The meeting is for the following application:

Application Number P2020-04 by Nathan Littauer Hospital, 99 East State Street, Gloversville, NY, is for the property located at 1840 State Highway 10 and identified as parcel 68.9-3-2.5 in what is currently Conservation but expected to be Hamlet zoning district, APA Hamlet. If neither a change to Hamlet zoning nor a Use Variance is granted, this public hearing will be cancelled.

The applicant proposes to build a new 1,350 square foot “Microclinic” adjacent to the Town Hall to replace the Nathan Littauer Hospital clinic currently located inside the Town Hall.
