Town of Caroga Planning Board Meeting

Due to the COVID-19 National Emergency, Planning Board Chair Al Kozakiewicz has declared that the venue for the regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Board of the Town of Caroga will be via Conference Call only on July 1, 2020 at 7:00 pm. All attendees may join thise meeting via any computer or smartphone with internet access at https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/870205333. Attendees will be able to hear and be heard more clearly if they are able to join the meeting via the above web link. Attendees may also join meetings by dialing 1(866)899-4679, and entering access code 870205333#. Attendees joining by dialing in will not be heard or hear as clearly as when they join via the web link. The Planning Board is expected to discuss:

A referral letter received from ZBA Chair Douglas H. Purcell, Jr..
Needed changes to the Zoning Ordinance to address ambiguities and address shortcomings that have become apparent since its adoption.
Planning needed to update Comprehensive Plan.
Review completeness of application P2020-07 Manzer which requires an application for § 239-m review by Fulton County Planning before the Planning Board can act.
Review completeness of application P2020-08 Brennan.
