Minutes of Planning Board meeting
March 28, 2018

Chairman Kozakiewicz called the meeting to order at 7:00pm.

Agenda for the meeting:

Dolen wishes to enlarge and enclose screen in porch and deck, move stairs to maintain lake setback. Rick Gilmour had questions about modification to roof line of existing structure. Lynn Delesky asked about roof over deck. Deck will have roof. No correspondence received from neighbors. Jim Selmser added that they approve of project and it will improve neighborhood.

After board deliberation, Rick Gilmour made motion to approve site plan review. Lynn Delesky seconded motion. Motion was passed unanimously.

Subdivision for Putman, represented by Charles Ackerbauer. Putman requests to separate 8.5 acre parcel from 99-1-55. Peter Kiernan wishes to purchase subdivided parcel to add to property he owns. Discussion during presentation regarding 3.5 acre portion of retained parcel being in R8.5 district as district border is Mussey Road. No further board deliberation. Fred Franko moved to approve subdivision. Rick Gilmour seconded. Motion passed unanimously with Peter Kiernan abstaining.

Horton and Correll lot line adjustment between adjacent parcels they own. After deliberation Delesky moved to approve adjustment. Voght seconded. Motion approved unanimously.

Macintyre lot line adjustment between adjacent parcels he owns. Delesky asked question regarding new lot sizes. Goal is to ensure new property line does not bisect pond on parcels. Motion to approve adjustment made by Franko. Seconded by Gilmour. Motion passed unanimously.

Shirley Holliday lot line adjustment between adjacent parcels she owns. After questions Mike Voght moved to approve application. Delesky seconded motion. Motion passed unanimously.

Quenelle lot line adjustment between adjacent parcels he owns. After questions Delesky moved to approve application. Kiernan seconded motion. Motion passed unanimously.

Special use permit for Royal Mountain overnight camping during motocross and hill climb events. Dates for 2018 requested are May 26-27, June 30–July 1, July 28–29, and July 14–15. Gilmour moves to approve permit. Voght seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

Meeting adjourned at 7:52pm.
