Caroga Folks,

As a heads-up we have not received the JIF yet but it appears that the proposal for the RV Park may be a Class A project for location within Rural Use in a Highway Critical Environmental Area (HWY CEA).

The attached map shows the parcel with the appx. location of the CEA. The applicant will get on 'official' determination from the JIF process. If they want to proceed with an Agency permit they can call the Agency and ask to speak with Regulatory Programs staff.
