- On February 27, 2024, Highway Superintendent Voght set a
seasonal 5 ton maximum weight limit on all town roads.
This remains in effect until further notice.
- The Caroga Town Board has
passed resolutions
authorizing borrowing up to $1,557,000.00 for three projects
and this borrowing subject to permissive referendum.
Three petitions were presented to the Town Board.

- New Building Permit Fees
effective April 1, 2022
- Permits are now required to dump stumps and yard waste at the Caroga
Stump Dump. Fees are $10.00 per year for property owners and $200.00 per
year for commercial users. All materials must be generated in the Town of
Caroga; no out-of-town debris allowed. Contact Linda Gilbert for permits
and Larry Voght for stump dump appointments.
